$55 - 60 mins
This session is designed to allow the coach to concentrate fully on evaluating the athlete’s strengths and areas for improvement. In addition to skills development, we also prioritize strength and conditioning, which are crucial elements of AFL performance.
During one-on-one sessions, you’ll have my undivided attention. I will continuously assess how you train and execute your football skills, providing both positive reinforcement and constructive feedback throughout the session and at the end.
I highly recommend one-on-one sessions if you're looking to take a deeper look at your strengths and weaknesses and enhance your overall football game.
One On One
$40 per person - 60 mins
This session is perfect for athletes who want to train alongside a mate and focus on two-person drills. Similar to a one-on-one session, we work on identifying and improving the strengths and weaknesses of both athletes.
Training with a mate adds an element of competition and encourages friendly challenges, pushing both of you to improve. It’s a great opportunity to sharpen your skills together and elevate your game as a pair.
I recommend booking this session if you’re looking to train with a mate and work on your footy skills side by side.
Train With A Mate
$$35 per person - 90 mins (3+ athletes)
This session gives athletes the chance to engage in more game-based drills. With a larger group, we can incorporate positional play and simulate game-like pressure to help athletes adapt to real-game scenarios.
Group sessions are highly beneficial as athletes can challenge each other, working together to achieve an elite performance. Gatorade is provided for all group sessions.
I recommend this session if you and your mates want to train together and take part in game-based drills where you’ll be pushed to perform under pressure.
